How long can I keep a roll-off dumpster?
This depends on the time of year. Spring, Summer and early Fall – typically 5 days. Longer than that and we may need to charge rent on the box. During the winter months, you can typically have the box at your location longer.
Do I need to be there for a roll-off container delivery?
Not necessarily. If you have special requests for the box placement, please contact us so our driver can make sure to put the box in your desired location.
I have a large project and need a roll off all summer. Is that OK?
Just give us a call at 320-632-8234. We’ll work with you on your project to make sure you have the right box for as long as you need it!
Will a dumpster damage my driveway?
Roll off dumpsters are large and can become quite heavy when full. The truck that drops off/picks up the container is also quite large to accommodate the load. We do our best to place the box where the least amount of damage can occur. If you have a concrete driveway, we will put blocks under the box. If your box needs to go in your yard, it is possible that some damage could occur. If you are concerned, please let us know and we will assess your specific location.
What is acceptable / not acceptable to place in my trash?
Residential Garbage: Please place all trash into bags, tie shut then place in the garbage cart. This is for several reasons. It will help keep your can cleaner, and it will prevent spillage when the cart is dumped into the truck.
Roll off containers: Do not overload the container. Debris can be as high as the side with out sticking out. This is to prevent spillage when the box is picked up as well as to prevent debris from falling out of the truck on the road.
Demo Container: Demolition material is handled differently than trash at our landfill. Demo material consists of construction debris, no garbage, appliances, carpet.
Garbage Container: No hazardous waste, appliances, televisions, computers or computer monitors, mattresses, tires.
What do I do with appliances?
Appliances can be brought to our Truck garage and dropped into the rolloff box. Please be considerate and move the appliance to the back of the box, or stack them if possible.
